These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use angelavaladezministries.com, angelavaladez.com, and the pages, forms, assessments, digital products, and services connected to them. By using our websites or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our websites or products.

1. Who We Are

Angela Valadez Ministries is a Christian ministry led by Angela Valadez, located at 4022 Hallie Ave, San Antonio, TX 78210. We offer Scripture-grounded resources, digital products, books, and programs for spiritual encouragement and personal growth.

2. Not Professional Advice

Our content, assessment, journals, prayer cards, books, calls, and programs are for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement only. They aren’t a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional care. Our assessment isn’t a medical, psychological, or diagnostic evaluation.

3. Your Account and Information

When you fill out a form, take our assessment, book a call, or make a purchase, you agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for anything done using the email address or payment details you provide.

4. Purchases and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and shown on each sales page. Payment is due in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Digital Products and Delivery

Digital products, such as journals and Prayer & Activation Cards, are delivered as downloadable files. You’ll get access on the page shown right after purchase, and we’ll also email you a link. If you don’t receive your link, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.

6. Refunds

If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll work with you to make it right.

7. Personal Use License

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use it for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, post online, or use our materials to teach or coach others without our written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites and in our products, including text, designs, graphics, logos, journals, cards, frameworks, and the names Permission to Rest Awhile™, The R.E.S.T. Practice™, and The 13 R Restoration Journey™, belongs to Angela Valadez Ministries and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Scripture quotations remain the property of their respective publishers.

9. Calls and Programs

If you book a call or join a program with us, please arrive on time. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email. Any program with its own agreement will be governed by that agreement as well as these Terms.

10. Communications

By giving us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your requests and purchases. You’ll only receive marketing emails or texts if you’ve agreed to them, and you can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or replying STOP. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

11. Community and Conduct

When you join our Facebook community, comment, or communicate with us, we ask that you treat others with kindness and respect. We may remove content or members that are abusive, hateful, spam, or inappropriate.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our websites may link to other sites, such as Amazon or Facebook. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or policies.

13. No Guarantees

We pray our resources are a blessing to you, but we can’t promise any particular spiritual, emotional, personal, or financial result. Your experience depends on many things outside our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Angela Valadez Ministries and Angela Valadez aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from your use of our websites, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim won’t be more than the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Using our websites or products after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
